What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that the product is intuitive and easy to use, and I can utilize the drag and drop interface for my tasks. Another big advantage is I can run analysis on our local environment which makes it simple for our data scientists to run operations online.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The graphical interface needs to be modernized as it looks old-fashioned and designed for Windows 98. I wish the vendor reads my feedback and updates the look and feel of the app, otherwise I will look for other options.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use RapidMiner’s business analytics feature to analyze market trends in the mobile gaming and buying industries. We use the insights obtained to target our audience better and offer more directed ads.
