What are the best aspects of this product?

For me, the highlight of RapidMiner is the array of analytical templates it offers. It is easy to learn and use the software, and you can use online video tutorials to learn how to use the various analytical reports.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I prefer open source apps for free versions, but perhaps I’m being too choosy about the matter.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I used the basic software version and found it easy to analyze small datasets and identify interesting trends quickly. Usually, I use gnuplot and SQL to manually do basic analysis, but I like RapidMiner so much that I’m going to use it more in the future.
