What are the best aspects of this product?

I use RapidMiner to analyze my research data. I love that the app is easy to use. I can simply drag features and restructure my work anytime. Another good thing is I can customize a large number of parameters using just one loop operator. This helps me save time when I want to compare with the best parameter.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some operators have confusing descriptions. On the plus side, it is not hard to understand how the operators work.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use RapidMiner for my research work which is linked to software development and how people think.
