I like there current management system. It offers tracking changes, automatic processing, and lifecycle tracking for enhanced control and management of the software development cycle. Their user interface is straightforward and easy to understand. A history section shows clear details of its progress. Integration is seamless with CI. Search issues can be swiftly done.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Its ability to handle duplicate issues can be a problem. Customer support isn't as good as expected since no one responded to my inquiries.
