What are the best aspects of this product?
I’m using this product to track bugs. It is simple and easy to use and when adding attachments it provides great FTP links to attach large files if needed. It allows me to create personal queries so I can filter bugs. In addition, the favorites and Recent items tabs are extremely useful and the navigator is straightforward as well.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The search engine cannot function if you don’t have Issue ID. Also, the UI needs lot of improvements especialy when it comes to minimizing bugs because at you’ll search around where it went. Additionally, it would be great if they could increase the limit of an attachment size.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It is helpful tool for bug tracking. It would be much helpful if you can combine it with Clear Quest, Clear Case and RTC Concert.
