I love having the ability to hand over bugs to the right teams using a proper project ID. As a developer, keeping track of bugs is essential to monitor their progress.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I find their user interface to be a bit old. It would be great if they can make it appealing to new and old users with a fresh design.
