What are the best aspects of this product?

With ClearQuest we can track defects quickly and easily. Its filtering options and categorization are detailed and can be easily customized for your process. It has quick performance even when we have huge amount of data to manage. Also, it allows us to export to Excel which can be easy for analyzing and reporting.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Defect descriptions are free form and it is needed minimum requirement for logging defect.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to track defects in huge software projects, to see where our issues are and to manage the issues through defect control boards.
