Intuitive and easy to use solution for tracking changes

What are the best aspects of this product?

This is great configuration control system that works great when combined with Work Request and Change Request processes. The search feature is easy to use and it helps us to find old items and to combine current items as well. We are using it for tracking specific changes to servers for both hardware and software types. Also, it allows us an approval mechanism so we can track the change process and to track our monthly patching process for our Linux and Microsoft systems.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are some things that need improvements, like when adding a spell checker for fast submittal turnaround times.

It helps us to keep track of our changes for both hardware and software types. Also, it allows us to search for previously made changes and to reduce the turnaround time to less than 5 days for tracking and approving configuration changes.
