Straightforward tool for issue tracking

What are the best aspects of this product?

In my experience this is great change management system. There are lot of options for change tracking, process automation, reporting and lifecycle traceability for better control of the work lifecycle. It is straight and simple solution. We can easily track stages and progress. I like that there are lot of fileds so you can add details about the issue. You can easily make queries and search issues.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It can be pain when it comes to handling duplicate issues in automation. There is no support team available.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to track issues and changes, and to release issues automatically by using CI.
