Great analytics and reporting features

What are the best aspects of this product?

Raven tools provides you with great functionality and powerful analytics and reporting options. You are allowed to connect different networks and you can get downloadable and interactive reports that you can share with others. You are able to brand them, which is very useful.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have some difficulties when I want to connect with Likedln. Also, there is no option to upload a picture directly, I need to put the picture on internet and then use the URL.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Raven tool offers snapshots of big metrcis, the graphs are great even there are no analysis. I can send reports every month and all I need is to set up once. Time saving app.
