What are the best aspects of this product?

What I like most is the fact that Raven provides me with important information, features and tools to make the best decision for my customers, I have everything in one place and I love the fact that I am inter-connected. I use backlink reporting and tracking feature to keep track of my competitors’ progress and to find new opportunities for my business. Site auditor is great tool for keeping the report for all your clients.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Everything is fine, but what I don’t like is the integration with Google Webmaster Tools. It’s not understandable and clear, because Google has some requirements for those who use Google API.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Thanks to Raven Tools I help my clients to increase their traffic, rankings and conversion. It’s time saving software. I get organized and informed reports and I can send them to my clients without wasting my time.
