What are the best aspects of this product?
Raven tools allows me to manage various user’s social media, PPC, SEM and SEO. I can keep track of my progress and share the success with my clients, I have easy collaboration with my employees and contractors. Must have tool for every department that want to keep track of their project and work progress.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There is nothing that I dislike about the software, all I want to see is strong media monitoring and scheduling options.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Raven helps me to manage multiple client’s accounts and provides me with detailed report of the progress done by employees or contractors. Saves me a lot of time in reporting and I no longer need to compile reports in excel, I can easily customize the automated reports.
