What are the best aspects of this product?

What I love about raven tool is that everything is in one place, and I can efficiently manage all my clients and keep track of their needs thanks to reporting and analytic features. Raven’s options and features are easy to use and very customizable. Also, we use this app to perform research for organic marketing.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We would like to see some changes in pricing options for long term users, we are using Raven Tools for more than 3 years and we are paying monthly.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Raven helps us to keep track of our customer’s needs, because provides us with lot of information and reporting metrics, all the information we get from Raven is in understandable format. The good thing is that our clients are satisfied and they feel like they are always in control.
