What are the best aspects of this product?

This tool is getting better and better. Raven provides us with great integration with Google and other social networks, great reporting tool that allows us to automate reports to our users. We can even Private Label the tool and we allow access to our clients.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We’d love to see updates to Knowledge Base. We had suggestion for improving the workflow document so we can help someone to set up a new account so they can build complete campaign.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Raven helps us to produce tailored reports for our users, to engage them in all social media and do the PPC. We are able to create an automated PDF report to our users and we can stay in touch with them and provide them with report and action steps.
