Best Project Management Software

What are the best aspects of this product?

Ravetree has really good budgeting capabilities which is what first attracted us to their solution. We also like the time tracking and overall project management capabilities.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

So far I'd say that there haven't been any problems. The experience has been great.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I wish I could change the distribution of hours on the resource management page.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We needed a tool that would allow us to create project budgets at the task level that would roll up to the project level. This is exactly what Ravetree allows us to do. We also needed time tracking and robust invoicing that integrated with our QuickBooks account. Ravetree does all of this for us.
