They have a free option for businesses just starting out and not a lot of profit

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Maybe subdomains, not sure as this is an amazing service

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Ability to update the short URLs in case the long URL changes, most URL shorteners don’t allow this
