What are the best aspects of this product?
1. Easy to setup the domain
2. Easy Navigation and link shortening
3. Customizable features in links
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
1. Won't allow to change the short link once submitted. For eg https://www.example.com/what-is-this short link is exampl.es/whatls but this is mistake since i want to enter i but used L. But to replace it i have to delete and shorten it again.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
i would like to see the dashboard customized separate per domain.

Once, the domain verification process took too long. I contacted them and as per my record and settings, they verified the correct records.
