What are the best aspects of this product?

Regpack is an easy to use system that is priced very honestly. It is the best system at its price point. Also, the staff have been very easy to work with. They help you set up your forms and they answer questions that you may have.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Regpack can work on its email system. It would be better if there was some way to know if an email has been opened or an email address is not functional.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has made online registration easier. We manage payments and monitor campers in the system. Tracking past-due payments and reminding people about them has been easier with Regpack.
