What are the best aspects of this product?
My favorite feature is that I can set up preferred rules. Also, I love how it can send emails directly to registrants. This makes us more efficient and it saves time.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The process to recreate the same events is time consuming especially when they are small events. Also, it is kind of pricey for small events.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We were using snail mail before. Thanks to Regpack this ordeal is over. Now, we are more efficient.
