What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how Regpack is customizable. Also, I can access it anywhere using any device. It makes my job easier than before.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The search feature is not the best out there. I hope you can search via phone number. You can only search via last name or first name. You can't even pull up information if you use both. Hope this gets fixed.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use this for everything related to registration. We employ two systems. One for our campers and the others for our staff and volunteers.
