What are the best aspects of this product?
I'm a camp director and I use Regpack for our registration process. We have multiple pricing structures for our camp options and having Regpack simplifies our offerings to our customers. It breaks down plans by age and member status so registration is easy. The system helps us gather everything into just one hub. From there, customers can select which option suits them the best.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The sales cart is sometimes clunky. There are times where options are locked even though they shouldn't be for customers. The waitlist feature can also be improved. It would be great if it could add users automatically to a confirmed status especially when some spots get canceled. Also, the reporting feature needs to be worked on. I'd appreciate it more if includes a total cost generated. Other than those, the app is wonderful.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We use this to keep registration easy and for updating the database. We keep rosters in check better as well because of the app. Now, we have moved away from hard copies. This saved us money as well.
