Very effective product

What are the best aspects of this product?

The system allows me to update choices for summer camps. I also use it to add additional products. This comes weekly for us. We also give refunds on the platform. We do not have to transfer to another program. Also, the staff is very helpful to us when we set up camps. I don't have to reinvent what we have done over and over.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

If I could change anything, I would make the reporting feature more user friendly. It took us some time to really get a good grasp of it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It feels like that I am a committee rather than just a person. I do collecting, accouting, and reporting all by myself. Thanks to Regpack.
