Great software for our marketing needs!

What are the best aspects of this product?

Easy to use. Wide choice of templates. Can upload own images.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I personally need to preview video several times in editing mode but it takes so long to prepare preview...
Bu maybe I just don't know how to and going the long distance, just started to use it :)

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Hard to tell now.
