What are the best aspects of this product?

The "add script" option in some video toolkit is awesome.
Moreover their customer service is great and quick.
Recently i made some mistake on the video they even helped me to correct that and export it without any additional charges which is genuinely great. I am not a director nor an editor but those customized templates they provide made my work more easier .
