Good management tool for rentals

What are the best aspects of this product?

Rentec Direct enables me to track data about my rental properties so I can manage these a lot better. I'm able to find out easily if the tenants are doing ok, and if there's issues or work needed to be done on their unit. I'm also able to vet if a potential tenant is good or not.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish Rentec could make it easier for me to swap old tenants with old ones on the app. The expense tracker could use a little more work for me to use it instead of the current one I'm using now.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I'm able to get good tenants and keep my team (like my handyman) updated about things to be done because I'm using one system to manage all properties that I'm renting out.
