What are the best aspects of this product?

Rentec Direct's accounting dashboard was pretty neat. Even though there were some glitches, & hiccups but nothing that their support can't handle. Really neat

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There were some occassional glitches, nothing biggy but it can delete the entries and it can be cumbersome

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Not features but would love if they can improve their support. Enterprise software should have excellent support

Document management, single-platform reporting and accounting
