Affordable and reliable, for sure

What are the best aspects of this product?

1. RentPost's pricing at $29/month plus $1/unit is not something I've seen before. There are literally 0 surprise charges as my portfolio grows.

2. Everything stays in one place. I don’t lose track of maintenance requests or follow-ups.

3. Receipts, leases, and notices are all under the right tenant/unit. I space out so this was a huge selling point for me

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They should add a drag-and-drop option for documents. Didn't see that on the platform.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I’ve used expensive platforms that barely offered half of this. RentPost is honest and functional. It makes me feel like I’m in control without spending hours juggling tools. For landlords who want organization without overcomplication, don't even think twice before signing up for this!! Oh and I tried it for the full 30 days without putting in a credit card, and that alone made me more comfortable actually exploring the platform.
