What are the best aspects of this product?

The pricing structure is genius, not gonna lie. I didn't have to deal with surprise fees or expensive tier gates. The fact that the user interface is clean and easy to navigate is my biggest win. It cuts down immensely on the learning curve.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are no bulk discounts for larger portfolios. I wish they had a slightly better deal after hitting 30 or 50 units.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

A built-in, customizable turnover checklist feature would be an amazing addition to help track cleaning, painting, etc. Right now, it's mostly manual task entry.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I compared this to three other major PMS platforms, and RentPost offered the best value, hands down. It doesn't skimp on essential features like accounting or screening, but it keeps the price low. If you're looking for the best bang for your buck, this is it!
