What are the best aspects of this product?

RentPost automatically applies late fees based on the rules I set and sends clear, professional notifications to tenants without any emotional tone attached. Every step is logged with timestamps, so there’s never confusion about when reminders went out or why a fee was applied. It has made rent enforcement feel consistent and neutral, instead of personal or confrontational, which has been a huge relief for me.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There’s no quick option to temporarily waive a fee for long-term tenants.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I’ve always hated money conversations because they get awkward, especially when emotions are involved. RentPost removed me from that equation and replaced it with a structure that feels fair to everyone. When something happens, there’s a timestamp, a notice, and a clear record, so I’m not stuck explaining or defending myself. That shift changed the tone of my tenant relationships and took a lot of stress off my shoulders.
