What are the best aspects of this product?

I discovered RentPost on Reddit and decided to test it during the 30-day trial. The recurring rent charges ran seamlessly, so I didn’t have to think about small add-ons or missed payments. Tenants quickly figured out the portal without my guidance, which saved me countless texts and calls. I don't lose track of things like I used to. The best part is that I can show proof to renters when they say they did something they actually didn't. Starting at a flat monthly fee and then scaling per unit made it easy to estimate costs too

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I do wish the mobile view was slightly faster when checking older messages, but it hasn’t caused any real headaches.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

This trial showed me that RentPost is more than just a good idea. It's genuinely practical. Learning about it on Reddit was like finding a hidden gem. I can now handle rent, messages, and maintenance and that too without having a breakdown. Feels reliable enough that I’m confident sticking with it for the long term.
