
What are the best aspects of this product?
1. Before this, I was constantly thinking about rent even when I wasn’t working. Like randomly remembering at dinner that I needed to check who paid. Now I just log in and everything is already organized. That mental noise is gone.
2. The payment timeline is extremely detailed. I can see when someone viewed a charge, when they paid, how they paid, everything. It removed so much guesswork.
3. Recurring charges run quietly in the background. Parking, storage, late fees, whatever. I don’t babysit anything anymore.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It took me a bit to trust the automation at first. I kept checking things manually because I wasn’t used to systems actually doing what they promised. But that’s on me tbh
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
A mobile application and a much better UI
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The biggest change for me wasn’t time savings, it was brain space. I feel lighter running my properties now. I’m not constantly replaying questions in my head. That alone made the switch worth it.
