What are the best aspects of this product?
1. Automated reminders and receipts mean I don’t have to chase anyone for rent.
2. ACH and card payments work well, and I get funds on time.
3. The dashboard shows exactly who’s paid, who hasn’t, and what’s overdue.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Although it’s not a deal breaker but larger payments should come with push notifications for sure
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Overall, using RentPost has made managing my properties feel a lot lighter. I can actually relax instead of constantly worrying about what’s coming in or slipping through the cracks. It gives me a sense of control and clarity I didn’t have before, and I feel more confident handling my properties day to day.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It feels like the software was designed by people who actually understand small and mid-size landlords. Everything flows naturally and solves problems I didn’t even realize were slowing me down.
