What are the best aspects of this product?
This property management software keeps all my repair requests organized in one spot, which honestly saves me so much time. I don’t have to scroll through old texts or emails anymore to remember what was reported. I can also check the status of any request whenever I want, which helps me stay on top of things without bugging my tenants or contractors.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The status updates feel a bit slow sometimes, and I wish there was a cleaner way to sort requests by date. Older ones tend to get buried if I’m not careful.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I just want it to look and feel a bit more modern and easier to use. Being able to sort repair requests by date or priority would save me a lot of time. RentPost already does the basics right, but a cleaner design would make it perfect.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Before RentPost, my inbox was a mess of tenant emails, random texts, and sticky notes. It was way too easy to miss something or forget to follow up. But it gave me a central spot for everything from repair logs to status updates. I’m not chasing details anymore.
