PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Setting up recurring charges for parking, storage, and other add-ons is way easier than I expected. I no longer have to track these manually or worry about forgetting a fee. It all just runs in the background, and tenants see it clearly on their end. Having a full month to try it out without entering payment details made onboarding feel low-pressure and practical.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The owner portal is great for seeing statements and income, but I’d like a little more customization for exporting reports.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

A mobile application would be so great!

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Combining recurring charges with the owner portal gives me a real sense of control. I know exactly what’s coming in, what’s been paid, and how everything connects without juggling multiple spreadsheets or emails. It just feels solid and reliable. I don’t have to worry about missing small charges anymore. Also makes managing multiple properties feel way less chaotic than I expected.
