Imports were annoying at first but worth it

What are the best aspects of this product?

1. RentPost allows importing tenants, units, and data instead of forcing manual re-entry.


2. Once the data is in, everything stays structured and consistent across the system.


3. Support helped me understand where I was messing up instead of giving generic instructions.


4. After setup, I never had to think about imports again.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

1. The import process feels a little old-school and requires patience.


2. Error messages could be clearer when something does not map correctly.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

a mobile app wouldd come in handy !!

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The import stage tested my patience, not going to lie. But once it was done, the system felt solid and clean. I would rather struggle once during setup than constantly clean up data later.
