Messages stopped getting mixed up after I started using RentPost

What are the best aspects of this product?

RentPost keeps every message tied directly to the correct tenant, which immediately reduced confusion for me. I no longer have to guess who said what or when because the entire conversation stays in one thread with timestamps. Attachments stay right where they belong instead of getting buried in email chains.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Older conversations can take a moment to load.That’s not really a huge issue but often gets on my nerves when I’m in a rush

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Before using this platform, I constantly jumped between texts, emails, and random screenshots just to reconstruct conversations. Now everything is where I expect it to be. When questions come up, I am not scrambling for proof or context. That alone made communication feel calmer and more professional.
