
What are the best aspects of this product?
Everything stays in the software program, which is incredibly useful because we have a lot of properties to look after. We’re no longer digging through random Gmail folders or texts for an old conversation about a clogged sink. The centralized messaging creates a perfect, time-stamped audit trail for every single resident interaction, which is priceless
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Sometimes it takes a while to load or crashes if my wifi is slow or I have multiple windows open.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
a mobile app would be nice

This PMS has completely changed the way I manage tenant communication. I finally feel in control instead of constantly chasing scattered emails and texts.
