
What are the best aspects of this product?
Recurring charges for things like parking post automatically each month, and tenants see them clear in their portal to avoid mix-ups. Messages stay tied to the right unit, so old convos are easy to reference without scrolling through phone history.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Dashboard looks a tad dated with extra steps to pull custom views sometimes. Notifications aren't super pushy, so I check manually on busy days to catch everything.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It's a pretty good PMS for landlords and PMs who are just starting out. I went into it with 0 knowledge but got used to it quite easily, you know. Moreover, it has a pretty straightforward interface so it's easy to teach as well. Other than the fact that does not send push notifications, I don't have many complaints
