PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

RentPost’s owner portal and manager accounts are genuinely helpful. Each owner gets a clear view of activity without me having to chase them down. The dashboard is clean and shows things like payments, maintenance, upcoming tasks at a glance too. I don't need to text all day to stay updated. THANK GOD

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some customization options are limited if you manage a lot of properties. And notifications can get a little overwhelming until you adjust settings.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

No such demand as of now... it's perfect !

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Even with a few tweaks needed, this setup makes me feel organized instead of buried. RentPost makes managing multiple accounts feel doable, and owners actually like it, which is a rare win. No doubt I will use it for years and I suggest every up & coming LL to check it out
