The system handles recurring billing, rent reminders, late fees, and documentation without constant input. Audit trails are clear and reliable, which has made resolving disputes significantly easier. Setup was guided and logical.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Initial data import required more attention than expected. I needed quite a while to get it done.

a mobile version would come very handy !!
