What are the best aspects of this product?

The system sends out rent reminders so I don't have to be the bad guy, which used to be a huge problem for an introvert like me. The system sends out rent reminders so I don't have to be the bad guy. I don't have to deal with cash or cheques anymore.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I'd love to see a native push notification when a payment fails, but that's not a deal-breaker. The advantages make up for it, tbh.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Hoping to see an app soon.

Relationship with my tenants. I literally don't think about rent collection anymore. It's on autopilot. The system handles the chasing, the paying, and the notifying. It professionalized the whole
