
What are the best aspects of this product?
1. Tenants can submit maintenance requests directly through their portal, so I don't have to contact them to find out what's going on.
2. Work orders are created instantly, and I can approve estimates and assign vendors right then and there, which saves a ton of back-and-forth.
3. The process keeps everything documented, so I always know the status of a request.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The internal communication loop is hard to get used to at first. It took me and my tenants a while to figure every feature out.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
a mobile app would be nice
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I actually came across RentPost from a Reddit thread, and the advantages mentioned convinced me to give it a try. It provides a transparent, easy-to-track workflow for maintenance, which is huge for tenant satisfaction and my own peace of mind. Plus, being able to see requests & approvals makes budgeting repairs easier and keeps everything running smoothly, which has saved me both time and stress.
