What are the best aspects of this product?

1. We can add a new unit, onboard a tenant, and integrate the lease in under an hour.

2. The workflows remain consistent whether we manage 5 units or 50, which is critical for long-term scaling.

3. The system automatically segregates financials by property, simplifying our bank reconciliation process.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

1. The bulk action features could be more user-friendly and consolidated.

2. We need deeper customization options for creating user roles and access permissions for junior staff.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I'd love for the system to introduce instant notifications when a large maintenance payment is due, just for quick budgeting purposes.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our goal is aggressive portfolio growth, and we needed a system that wouldn't bottleneck our expansion. This platform provides the structural backbone to scale efficiently without complexity or major increases in administrative overhead.
