PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

My tenants are happier ever since I started using RentPost, which means I'm happier. Win-win.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Tenants love how simple it is to pay rent online through this PMS. Plus, the fact that it adds late fees automatically is the biggest help.

2. It’s clean and easy for them to check their balance or find their lease copy on RentPost. Zero confusion.

3. The screening process is so fast that new tenants are onboarded quicker, starting the relationship off on a good foot.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I wish they could send me a 'Vacation Mode' notification through the portal when they are traveling, but that's just a fantasy feature, I guess.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

A great tenant experience means less hassle for me. This platform makes paying rent and submitting issues so straightforward that my renters actually like using it. It keeps the vibes positive and the communication flowing effortlessly.
