What are the best aspects of this product?

1. Easy rent payment tracking with clear dashboards


2. Got a full 30-day free trial and didn’t even need my card. Most tools barely give you 7 or 14 days.


3. Tenant communication tools built right in make follow-ups smooth

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The desktop interface on this PMS feels a bit outdated and clunky. Sorting through older requests can get confusing since there’s no easy filter.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

RentPost takes the hassle out of property management. It keeps me organized, streamlines day-to-day tasks, and cuts down on manual work. A modern UI refresh would be a great next step.
