What are the best aspects of this product?

The speed of the integrated credit and criminal background reports is impressive. Plus, the data is solid too, I haven't had any issues so far and I've been using this PMS for almost a year now. I can trust the search, which is the most critical part of mitigating risk. It saves us a ton of time by quickly filtering out applicants who clearly won't qualify.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Occasionally, the system flags applicants who ultimately meet all criteria, so I still double-check a few reports. It’s a minor step, but worth noting.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

a mobile app would be nice

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Rentpost's screening really reduced turnover and bad debt for me. I trust my tenants more now and do not worry about rent. The combination of speed, reliability, and thorough data gives me real confidence when approving tenants, especially in a competitive rental market. I plan to keep using it for years.
