PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

1. Tenants message me through RentPost instead of blowing up my personal number.

2. Messages stay tied to the unit and tenant, so I always know who I’m talking to and why.

3. Photos and documents stay in the thread instead of getting sent separately and lost.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The mobile browser can feel a bit slow when loading older conversations.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

A mobile app is must have at this point in time.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Before this, my texts were a mess and I was constantly context-switching. Now I check messages when I’m ready, everything is documented, and nothing spills into my personal phone anymore. That boundary alone made this feature worth it.
