What are the best aspects of this product?

1. The onboarding flow walks you through setup step by step instead of throwing every setting at you at once.


2. Property, unit, and tenant setup feels structured, not overwhelming.


3. The system explains just enough for you to understand what you’re configuring without needing outside tutorials.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some steps could use short tooltips for extra clarity during first-time setup.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

a better UI

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I found RentPost through a Reddit thread where someone mentioned how painless the onboarding was, and they weren’t exaggerating. I didn’t feel rushed or lost, and by the end, my entire setup actually made sense to me.
