
What are the best aspects of this product?
The system applies late fees automatically based on the rules I set, so I don’t have to text anyone at 2 AM. Tenants get a clear notification when a fee is applied, which removes awkwardness and keeps things professional. Everything is logged, so when someone argues, I can point at a timestamped notice and move on.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It doesn't have a one-click temporary waiver option for super-longstanding tenants, that could be a great addition for sure
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I went into the trial expecting to cancel after a week, but the workflow just clicked with how I manage my rentals. The simplicity of the pricing and the ease of switching from trial to full version made the whole decision painless. It gave me enough confidence to move everything over without hesitation.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I hated enforcing late payments verbally. The nagging, the conversation. Man, it's just too weird and uncomfortable. Thankfully, Rentpost handles that mechanically. My stress about money conversations dropped overnight. It’s a small feature that completely changed how I sleep on the last day of the month.
