What are the best aspects of this product?

The system's meticulous record-keeping for every transaction and interaction is its strongest asset. If we ever face an audit or a legal dispute, every payment history, communication thread, and document is instantly retrievable and timestamped. This centralized data integrity removes the potential for costly administrative errors and ensures full regulatory compliance across our portfolio. The platform is designed for professional oversight. We depend on it religiously.



What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The fact it doesn't have an app yet is sad. It would be a huge help if we could get access to the info at the press of a button.



What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Still waiting for a better way to search old communications. You gotta scroll too much.
